Kavita Srinivasan
After leading top publications like Cosmopolitan Middle East, HELLO!, and MASALA! for over a decade, Kavita stepped away in 2019 to heal from chronic postpartum distress. Her journey led her to Dr. Shefali Tsabary, whose teachings uncovered the childhood trauma at the root of her struggles.
Now a certified Parenting Coach and a scholar pursuing her MA and PhD in Holistic Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies, Kavita specializes in Adverse Childhood Experiences, Child Therapy, and Trauma. Through her weekly Khaleej Times columns, she empowers parents to raise emotionally healthy children—with the support she wishes her own parents had received.
Kavita’s mission is clear: to help families heal and grow with conscious presence and compassion.
